                      Managing Director: David (Chaokai) Qiu

                      After graduating from the University of International Business and Economics in 1990, David was assigned to the China (Fujian) Foreign Trade Center, which is under the direct control of MOFTEC (Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation).

                      In 1995, David was appointed as the General Manager of a Sino-foreign joint venture in Poland. David was later admitted to the prestigious Cambridge University, where he obtained a MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree. After graduating in 1998, David took the post of President Assistant of Willet International Holdings Ltd., a multi-national British corporation renowned for its advanced low-carbon & environmentally-friendly technology. 

                      In 2000, David held the post of Executive Director in Cambridge UK & Asia United Development Co., Ltd. and began to make domestic investments. He established the British-funded CACL (Xiamen) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and acted as the President and General Manager. Targeting Xiamen’s Haicang District, he invested 20 million U.S. dollars and successfully developed CACL Garden Phases I, II and III, winning repute for his brand in Xiamen and southwest Fujian. Following that, David developed CACL Mall in west Fujian, actively advocated low-carbon & environmentally-friendly concepts in construction, and promoted the application of energy-conservation & emission-reduction technologies.

                      David has served as the Executive Director and President of Cambridge Funds Investment Co., Ltd. in Greater China since January 2007, and has also assumed a number of social positions such as the vice president of the Entrepreneurs Association of Fujian Province and the vice president of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Fujian Province. Taking advantage of the abundant human resources he has accumulated, David has established close ties with R&D institutions engaged in the research of low-carbon & environmentally-friendly technologies, new energies, and new materials, and enjoys a sound reputation both domestically and internationally in fields related to low-carbon and environmental protection.

                      David acted as CEO of MS760 Aviation Group Limited from 2012 and assumed Managing Director of Fujian General Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Sanming City, Fujian Province in March 2015.
